Returns and Exchange Policy:

At Flip Step Footwear, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and exchange policy:

Returns Policy:

• If you would like to return a product for any reason other than a defect or incorrect size, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. You may return the product in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:

• If the product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the defective product to be picked up and a new product will be sent to you immediately, at no additional cost.
• If the size of the product is not the right fit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the incorrect size product to be picked up and send a new product that is the nearest fit to the original size. Once you have received the new product, please send the previous product back to us, and we will process the exchange.
• If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up and send the correct product immediately, at no additional cost.

Please note:

• All returned products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
• We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping of returned products.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance or final sale items.
